GIMP Tutorial: Why GEGL is the Future of GIMP

In this tutorial, I give you a background on GEGL operations and explain why this feature is so crucial for future versions of GIMP. GEGL, which stands for General Graphics Library, is a stepping-stone to more advanced, non-destructive editing features like adjustment layers (which I discuss further in this video).

This tutorial was created based on a talk by Pat David at the recent SCaLE 16x Expo featuring Open Source Linux applications.
